Title: Dormition
Word Count: 880
Characters: Chekov, OC mama Chekov, background Spock and Amanda
Rating: PG
Warnings: This fic basically revolves around Eastern Orthodox iconography. Also, I...may have compared Amanda to Mary and Spock to Jesus? So perhaps I should be warning for blasphemy? LOL.
Summary: Following the events above Vulcan, Chekov finds himself contemplating the icon his mother gave him when he left for Starfleet.

Title: Five Times Spock Wasn’t Jealous of James T. Kirk, and One Time He Really, Really Was
Characters: Spock, Kirk, Uhura, Gaila, McCoy, Winona Kirk, mention of Amanda
Timeframe: post-movie
Genre: mostly gen, a mix of humor and angst, with a side of Spock/Uhura and a hint of Kirk/McCoy if you squint
Rating: PG
Word Count: 2289
Summary: Does what it says on the tin.
Notes: Uh. So for some reason I wrote this before finishing that one fic about how Nyota, Gaila, and Spock are all BFF at the Academy. So, there's that.
Disclaimer: Trek isn't mine. All I can claim is the made up bits of Orion culture.

Title: Lot's Wife
Characters: Amanda, some Spock and Sarek
Timeframe: mid-movie
Genre: character study
Rating: PG-13 for character death
Word Count: 688
Summary: Who mourns one woman in a holocaust?
Notes: This fic was inspired by this translation of Anna Akhmatova's poem "Lot's Wife". I'm told this is not the most literal translation, but it was the translation that inspired the fic.
