I also agree with this. Possibly it would mean the challenge would work better on a less frequent basis than if the limits were lower, but I think limits and requirements and less frequent spacing of challenges creates more of a sense of a goal, excitement and community around the challenge for me as a writer. One of the reasons I've never really gotten into weekly challenge communities.
